Tamil Nadu Cement Corporation Limited is a state-government undertaking of Government of Tamil Nadu located in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It manufactures cement, AC sheets, hollow blocks, concrete, and other building materials. Based on the theoretical concepts and thorough review of the literature, the authors have developed the model. This model examines the construct and includes dimensions of the proposed model on HRM and employees job satisfaction at TANCEM. This model illustrates the positive reciprocal relationship between these constructs.
