Food policy should aim at providing the necessary quantitative and quality of food for the entire population, at affordable prices.Need to develop and modernize agriculture in the adjustment of production structures, strengthening private property and economic organization resulting from consumption to ensure normal physiological requirements for the entire population and therefore security.
