Continuous efforts on combination of lead optimization and molecular modeling studies in synthesis and the structure activity relationship studies and biological activities of novel modi?ed imidazole, and fused imidazole derivatives, allowed to identi?cation of novel imidazole derivatives as potent anti TB, antimicrobial and antidepressant agents.
