📖 Business Judicial Reorganization - US and Brazil. The new theories.

This paper focuses on the analysis of important features of the bankruptcy system in the US and Brazilian system of law, on a comparative perspective. The automatic stay and the new Brazilian theories will be analyzed in the lights of the comparative law. It has as a goal to raise issues and discussions about important aspects of the automatic stay in the context of both systems of law. It also has the goal to demonstrate the influence of the US bankruptcy system over the Brazilian law for the creation of new Brazilian theories.
