At a time when there is a paradigm shift from accessing, dispensing and storing of information through hand tools and word of mouth to electronic means in the world, it is shocking to observe that learners with visual impairments in Zambia still depend on braille and word of mouth as the only media of accessing career guidance information. Therefore, this book explains why learners with visual impairments in Zambia are more braille and word of mouth inclined in Accessing Career Guidance information than through ICT.
