📖 Challenges for improving decentralisation and local government reforms. An African perspective.

Some African states are committed to political devolution, while others, it presents alternative development poles in order to reduce the pressure on the large cities. The implementation of decentralization has enabled the African states to calm the tension from opposition movements through the propagation of the participation of the citizen in the management of the public affairs of their community.
