📖 Design and Simulation of Vacuum Distillation Column. Mechanical design approach.

This book is a part of our final year thesis;presenting a detailed design methodology and structural integrity of the vacuum distillation structure for Petroleum refinery with large refining capacity it only encompasses the mechanical part of the column. The unique feature of the book is the simulation of the structure located in Bay area of California,USA which is within the scope of the project. The study is made possible using the simulation techniques employed by the software PV Elite. The presented results are beneficial, understanding the complexity in designing the internal as well as exterior of the structure, mechanism of transferring heat in systematic way.
