📖 Effectiveness of Kangaroo Mother Care LBW Infants in NICU. A Pilot Study to Examine the Feasibility and Acceptability of the Effectiveness of Kangaroo Mother Care on LBW infant.

Any proposed trial of the effectiveness of an intervention should be preceded by a smaller pilot to assess the feasibility of a definitive trial when carried out in an under-researched area or a new setting. It has been shown from the literature search that there is not a substantial body of literature on KMC and that this is significantly more limited when focusing on KMC in LBW infants.There is also the question of whether such a trial could be carried out in the country of Saudi Arabia.
