📖 English Hegemony on ICTs. Local Linguistic, Cultural and Educational Divide.

The hegemony of English on ICTs is not innocent! It brings about a certain local divide on the level of language, culture and education. The question is, hence, how much linguistic hegemony is responsible for this three-dimensional divide. The quasi-absence of local languages and cultures in ICTs would be the key answer to the raised problematic. As for education, are local languages used in higher education?
