📖 Formulation and evaluation of sublingual tablet of Regadenoson by QbD..

Regadenoson is a drug which is presently in the form of IV to increase blood flow in arteries of heart. IV is a painful route of administration and also require skill person to administer. Hence in this study sublingual tablet is prepared by using different excipients which help in immediate release of tablet and also it directly goes in blood stream by bypassing the liver enzymes. QbD approach was used to build the quality in product and also throughout the process. Design Expert software was used to evaluate various parameters.
