📖 Global Security After Evil. Assumptions, Fallacies, Myths and Realities of the Post-Colonial State.

The postcolonial state is an aberration. It is an orphan child of power politics. As recent terrorism, kidnapping and uprisings reveal, when the strong politically excludes the weak, a dangerous condition emerges in which subaltern anger and poverty combine to seek justice and revenge. The present global security model has failed to explain why the past has refused to lie down quietly and rest.
