Although a small study, it is the first to examine the Her-2 over expression in Egyptian patients with Gastric Cancer. A co-expression analysis of Topoisomerase IIa enzyme was done for the first time in concordance with Her-2. As regard to the regional difference of gastric cancer behavior, it was important to have such research work to examine how different the Egyptian gastric cancer is. This is a useful research for all who are concerned with the development of treatment of the fatal disease of gastric cancer.
