Hypothermia among elderly people is one of the most hidden problem that need more focus, because of severity, bad and consequence of hypothermia The elderly people is a greatest risk for hypothermia for their physiological changes in their bodies, there is many risk factors lead to increase the risk for hypothermia attacks in elderly people , prevention of hypothermia is a critical issue for all community health nurses and apply the three level of prevention model in caring with elderly people who at risk for hypothermic attacks , this review shows the risk factors of hypothermia in elderly and prevention.
