📖 Immunodiagnosis of Schistosomiasis Mansoni. Antigenic Epitopes of Soluble Extract of Normal and Attenuated Cercariae in Immunodiagnosis of Schistosomiasis Mansoni.

In this work we tried to assess the utility of Schistosoma mansoni cercariae whether normal or irradiated for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis mansoni and to identify, characterize and evaluate the immunodiagnostic potential of the antigenic epitopes expressed by Schistosoma mansoni normal and irradiated cercariae. Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis and western blotting were processed on the samples.statistical analysis of the data was done.
