ANTONIO FONSECA built his career in the public area, after a short experience in the private sector. He is a former university professor of Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, Competition Law and Economic Regulation, and a former comissioner at the Brazilian Antitrust Authority. As a senior member of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office, he acts in the Superior Court of Justice.
