📖 Low Social Media Usage in the Social Security Industry in Tanzania..

Despite the continuous social media growth in Tanzania and Africa at large, Social Security Organizations have low social media usage especially in view of the industry’s competitiveness. There is low social media use in the Social Security Industry in Tanzania as compared to other industries, Telecommunication and Media despite immense competition among its actors. The phenomenon raised curiosity on why social media usage in the Social Security Industry in Tanzania is low given the merits it can bring to Marketing Management in the Organizations as a whole. Therefore, the study investigates reasons for low social media usage in the Social Security Industry in Tanzania and ways to overturn them to enhance Marketing Management in the respective Social Security Organization.
