📖 Natural theraputic agent derived from snake venom. (Disintegrin like activity).

This is a study on a purified Disintegrin like obtained by auto-proteolysis of metalloproteinase / Disintegrin like fraction obtained from Cerastes cerastes snake venom on expression of TNF-? , and Heme-oxygenase-1 in white mice liver tissue injected intra-peritoneally with the purified Disintegrin like . Hepato-protective effect of the Disintegrin like against some hepatotoxins as CCl4 was investigated using molecular biology techniques and histopathology.
