📖 New Tool for Friction Stir Processing and Welding..

Friction Stir Processing (FSP) is a developing new, vitality proficient and green preparing method to create composites surface, which depends on the additive and base materials and its contact mix bonding. A new tool design has been manufactured for this study. A hollow tool was used as a reservoir for ceramic powder. Holes in shoulder face were used to insert the ceramic powder from the cavity to processing zone. A mechanical system has been used to pressed ceramic powder through holes.
