📖 Processing and Characterization of Bismaleimide..

Bismaleimide (BMI) are thermoseting polymers for aerospace applications. Processing of these polymers in the form of coatings followed by metallization as well as surface treatment with plasma enhances its applicability. Corrosion and mechanical tests were performed and the structure of these materials have been thoroughly investigated by FTIR and XRD. The effect of adding inorganic fillers into BMI have also been observed.
