QacA? is a new variant form of QacA that have alternative amino acid at position 323 (Asparagine instead of Aspartic in QacA and Alanine in QacB)detected within Iraqi isolates related to different clinical cases. The molecular characters of new variant determined using bioinformatical approaches included secondary and 3D structure, M.Wt, Hydrophobicity, conserved domain,pI and rotramers homology between aspartic and asparagine within teansmembrane domain-10 based upon possible combination between amino acid motifs.
