In present scenario of World, every country facing problems of pollution,food security, scarcity,water problems, environmental issues,outburst of population,endangerment of living plants,and living fauna,the plants day by day vanishing due to human activity,nature activity, grazing,and and vast civilization problems, naturally a pressure were created and plants and plants can not tolerate this pressure and they goes into the endangerment or goes extinct forever.To,solve this issue the present work was undertaken to minimize the pressure and also to develop the more plant through the technique of tissue culture.
