The purpose of this guide is to ensure a practical insight in the EU's agricultural development system. This book covers the European Union regulation framework and the subsequent national implementation of these procedures in two Member States, in Romania and Hungary. Rural development programmes and applicant farmer's eligibility conditions will be summarized. The author’s intention is to encourage a comprehensive understanding of these support measures.
