The book presents the Segmentation and Classification algorithms for Speech Recognition. Recently, an efficient segmentation and classification algorithms are required for speech recognition. In this book, the hybrid segmentation based on short time energy and spectral centroid is implemented along with KNN and ELM classifiers. The hybrid speech segmentation method with classifier increases the accuracy rate and decreases the error rate. This reduces the memory requirement and computational time in any speech recognition system.
