Since self-regulation is important in the learning process and assists learners to create more effective learning habits, it is strongly recommended to be employed in world-wide educational systems. Due to the importance of English language in today's world, and lack of awareness of many students and English teachers on the psychological subject of self-regulation, this research was conducted to explore the level of self-regulation skills in EFL learners.
