It is Semiotic environment in which humans live. Environment is always dynamic and symbolic; this nature is texted in this book. Humans are moving or dynamic organisms. The semiotic environment is input to dynamic humans. Environment and humans both share the feature of move-ability or dynamism: this shared feature is for communication for humans. All other organisms are denied to be as communicating organisms on the basis of memory or prior information with humans. Humans to each other are units of information.
