A simple, accurate, precise method for the simultaneous quantification of Travoprost and Timolol maleate by RPHPLC has been developed and validated for accuracy, precision, linearity & range, Limit of detection, Limit of quantitation and robustness according to ICH guidelines. The developed method can be used for the routine quality control of Travoprost and Timolol maleate in bulk and opthalmic drops.
