📖 Studies on some exotic vegetables in Turkey..

The importance of vegetable crops has been increasing in Turkey which is in the list of the top four countries of vegetable production in the world. The aim of this book is to present a collection of studies and to encourage the researchers for introducing and growing unknown exotic vegetables in Turkey. Thus, further added value will be revealed in order to enrich the vegetable production in Turkey and to serve as a good example for other countries on their way to concentrate on the exotic vegetables of their own.
