📖 Systems Thinking for Wicked Problems. A Project Management Application.

This book presents an overview of Systems Thinking, telling its origins, main authors, principles and differences to mechanistic thinking. In addition, some techniques and methodologies already developed are shown. A practical intervention is made, based on Project Management and applied in a Wicked Problem faced by a company, which will support the managers to define a scope in a complex scenario.
