The Law of the Russian Federation Amending the Constitution of the Russian Federation of March 14, 2020 No. 1-FKZ «On improving the regulation of certain aspects of the organization and functioning of public authority» has a special status in the legislative system. This Law serves as a form that fixes amendments to the Russian Constitution, as a basis for making changes to it, and as a legal confirmation that the text of basic law is legitimate.
