📖 Theories and Practice Nexus of English Language Skills in Bangladesh. Practice of English in National University of Bangladesh: Reality and Appearance.

The National University Compulsory English Course (NUCEC) is studied by all students of National University in 1700 colleges in Bangladesh. The syllabus goals centre round the basic language skills (BLS): listening, speaking, reading and writing. The research discussed theories of BLS, observed teaching-learning situations and practices of BLS and investigates performances of NUCEC by measuring the overall growth rate of practices (OGRP) of BLS and the overall rate of proficient students (ORPS) in BLS in Bangladesh.
