Creativity as a combination of levels of thinking can be seen as a spiral cycle of steps: Such as setting a goal (idea) – intense thinking (verbal, passing at the alpha and theta levels) – fixation (dominant, some thoughts dominate, flow thinking, inertia of thoughts-think) – incubation (incubation of thoughts, inertia or work unconsciousness, perhaps unconsciousness holistic level) – illumination (holistic insight, typical of Mozart) – inspiration (permanent holistic thinking, like Beethoven) – check – the embodiment (implementation, the embodiment of the gamma level skills). Each element is possible, but none is obligatory. Moreover – even the idea may be hatched. And this formula is not linear but represents a spiral cycle, any links of which can fall out and include an infinite number of any sub-cycles from this formula.
